What you'll be doing:

• Own design end-to-end — from concepts and wireframes to prototypes and shipped product.

• Work hand-in-hand with PMs and engineers to shape solutions and steer product direction.

• Design clean, intuitive UX for complex B2B SaaS and enterprise workflows.

• Stay close to devs during implementation to keep quality and consistency high.

• Grow and maintain the Design System and scalable design standards.

• Run usability testing, collect feedback, turn insights into real improvements.

• Join research — interviews, synthesis, discovery.

• Look beyond the ticket: spot opportunities and push product & UX forward.

What they're looking for:

• 4+ years in Product / UX Design within B2B SaaS.

• Strong grip on UX principles, UI patterns, interaction design, and user-centered thinking.

• Fast at mapping flows, building prototypes, and explaining your decisions clearly.

• Comfortable in Agile teams alongside engineers and product stakeholders.

• Understanding of front-end fundamentals and technical constraints.

• Strong written & async communication.

• Problem-solver first, pixel-pusher second.

• Self-driven, collaborative, proactive, low-ego.

• At home in distributed international remote teams.
